At Delta Strand Peptides, we strive to provide the highest quality research peptides. Please review our refund and return policy below.

No Returns on Shipped Peptides

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and strict quality control requirements, we cannot accept returns on peptides that have been shipped. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its integrity and therefore cannot resell it. All sales are final once the order has been shipped.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Lost Shipments

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we may offer a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion after a thorough investigation.

Missing Items

If you receive your order but items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and a list of the missing items. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include shipping the missing items or issuing a partial refund.
